Month End Recap (May 2012)

June 2, 2012

folklife

This month end recap is a bit late because I was trying to enjoy every last moment of Kale being here before he went to Alaska for the summer. Part of that was attending the Folklife Festival, where we got this picture. We took it not realizing that we’d gotten the shirtless guy in the background. He pretty much makes the entire picture though, so there was no need to do a retake.

May was a great month for me. Was it for you? Kale and I made an effort to really get out and do things on the weekends, which was a lot of fun. We ended up going camping, to two baseball games, a street festival, and a music festival (we try to pack all summery activities in before he leaves!). The weather was fantastic with many sunny, warm days and the garden is really taking off. I was also really excited with the website redesign I did this month. If you’re reading this in your email, head over to the site and check it out. It’s all colorful, pretty and happy now.

I hope June is off to a good start for you and that you enjoy this recap.
